A tan makes you look sexy but it comes with a cost. Staying out in the sun or using tanning products on the skin is harmful and speeds up the process of aging. Therefore, avoid tanning products and when you are out in the sun; use a sunscreen with a high SPF.

2.      Place your index finger above your eyebrows.
